本学期，我继续担任七年级两个班的英语教学工作。在工作中我继续认真学习，深入研究教法，珍惜一切可以学习的机会，结合本校的实际条件和学生的实际情况，不断总结、改进自己的教学方法，帮助学生更好的 学习英语 。

一. 现状分析

我现在所任教的七年1班的同学偏向沉稳，积极性有些欠缺。中等生比较多，因此，上课时我弱化难点，强化重点，照顾到了大部分同学;2班的同学思维比较活跃，回答问题积极，但两极分化比较，后进生比例较大，中等生较少。所以，对于尖子生我鼓励他们要有“超前”意识，人家没看到的、没做到的我已经完成了，而对于生则鼓励他们把基本的，常用的单词， 句子 弄懂。经过这一学期的继续实践，效果还是可以的。

二 .常规管理

为继续激发学生学习英语的兴趣，帮助孩子建立自信心，体验到学习英语的乐趣。在本学期，我继续实行“红星评比活动”，除了“红星评比活动”之外，本学期我又举行了 英语 手抄报 评比展览活动。

(一)、“红星评比活动”。上学期的“红星评比活动”是把日常的 英语学习 分成四大块儿，有单词听写、句子听写、语篇背诵和单元测试。本学期我在上学期四大块儿的基础上又增加了书面写作 ，每个栏目分别进行比赛，比赛的标志就是一颗颗红色的小星星。上学期的“红星评比活动”是以个人的名义进行评比的，本学期是以小组为单位，我把每个班分成5组，这五组以打的方式比赛。获得名和第二名的小组是获胜者，第三名的是乘车的，第四名的、第五名的是输家。本学期结束时，看各个小组平均积累的星星来计算。

1.单词是每单元听写时计入栏目比赛(平时每天的单词听写不计入比赛)，也就是符合我规定的标准，比如这一单元单词比较多，听写时错5个以内就可以获得一颗星。因为孩子的基础和天分不同，所以我对孩子的要求也不同，比如有的同学如果想要一整个单元单词只错5个单词也是做不到的，基本上每个单元单词都是三四十个左右。于是我允许这样的孩子只要每天听写的那几个单词都正确，也会给他们小红星的。目前这样做的效果看起来还是很好的，有些孩子比如王斌同学一直在很努力的记忆单词，并获得了好几颗小红星呢。

2.句子听写是在每学完一单元后进行。把整个单元的重点句子作为考核的内容，对听写的同学进行奖励，比如每一单元的句子听写都允许有三处小错误。者会获得一颗星，计入到评比栏中。

3.语篇阅读的对象是每个单元中Section A 中的2d 或者2e 、Section B中的2b。每个单元中Section A 中的2d 或者2e 基本上都是对话，Section B中的2b基本上就是小短文，我让孩子们背诵或者默写，结果的同学也给予小红星的奖励。

4.单元测试，每学完一单元都进行测试，并在成绩的同学的试卷上画上小红星。同学获得小红星的标准视试卷难度的大小而定，有时候70分就可以获得一颗小红星，有时候90分才能获得小红星，不仅每次获得小红星的标准可能不同，而且每个同学获得小红星的标准也可能不同，比如有的同学英语实在是弱项，于是我允许他们可以看书答卷，这样也体现了因材施教的原则。

5.书面写作，书面写作是根据每一单元B部分和测试题中的书面表达来进行的。每一单元的B部分中都有练笔的小写作，我让学生先写在一张纸上，老师帮助改后，学生再整理摘抄在专门的英文书面写作的 日记 本上。每一单元的测试题中一项也是书面表达，也是在教师带领学生改正后整理摘抄在 作文 本上。而且每一次练笔环节，我都会把范文写在黑板上，大部分范文都是写的比较好的学生的书面表达。

“红星评比活动”贯穿与整个学期的学习过程中。这种红星制度主要用来激励孩子们学习英语的，所以要求不必太苛刻，标准也不尽相同。看到孩子们那么热切的希望自己的红星多多，并为之努力，我很欣慰。

(二)、英语手抄报评比展览活动。本学期我早在4月份就布置了英语手抄报展览活动，在5月份手抄报展览如期举行。我还邀请了我们学校的和很多老师来参观，并评出一二三等奖。孩子们参与热情很高，作品也很棒，受到了学校的各位和老师的赞扬，孩子们看到自己的作品展览在墙上，也很骄傲、很自豪。我希望通过这样的活动能让学生感受到成功的喜悦和学习的快乐。

三.取得的成绩

本学期通过“红星评比活动”和英语手抄报评比展览活动，使学生学习英语的兴趣更浓了，让学生感受到成功的喜悦和学习的快乐，

成绩也有所提高。

四.存在的不足

1.“红星评比活动”中，我发现各个小组的组长作用发挥不大，如在阅读比赛中，大部分组长根本都不指导本组的学生，完全靠学生自己的努力，于是我一再强调组长要帮助本组成员攻克难关;还比如有的学生单词不会读，或者背单词缺少积极性，组长督促的力度不够。

2. 英语手抄报比赛展览活动中，个别学生对待本次活动，态度不够认真，只是为了应付了事而已。

总之,这一学期经过自己的努力，取得了一定的成绩。我会在今后的工作中继续努力改善自己在教学中的不足,不断改进教学方法。我会不断的像的同行学习，珍惜每一次学习的机会，为自己不断的充电，更好的为英语教学服务,力争在今后的英语教学工作中取得更大的进步。

2.多听课，学习有经验教师的教学方法。教学水平的提高在于努力学习、积累经验，不在于教学时间的长短。老教师具有丰富的教学经验，积累了许多教学技巧。为了尽快提高自身的教学水平，我积极参与听课，并认真做好听课记录。听完课后写听课心得，哪些地方是自己不具备的，哪些地方可以怎样讲可能有更好的效果等等。务求每听一节课都要有的收获，必要时，还可与讲课教师进行讨论，以了解其讲课安排的依据。

3.组织好课堂教学，关注全体学生，注意信息反馈，调动学生的注意力。在课堂上，采用了生动活泼的课堂教学法(如：启发式教学法、情境教学法、互动教学法等)、分组教学法、分层教学法等来调动学生的积极性，激发学生的学习兴趣，提高课堂教学的效果。

4.做好课后思想、学习的开导及辅导工作。七年级的学生爱动、好玩，缺乏自控能力，常在学习上不能按时完成作业，有的学生甚至抄袭作业。针对这种问题，就要抓住学生的思想教育，并使这一工作惯彻到对学生的学习指导中去，还要做好对学生学习的辅导和帮助工作，尤其在后进生的转化上，对后进生努力做到从友善开始。比如：多做思想工作，从生活上关心他;从赞美着手，积极发现他们的闪光点进行恰当的表扬;充分利用课余时间进行培优补。通过这些做法，使他们能够在学习的道路上排除一切障碍，朝着目标奋斗。

三、工作出勤方面

我热爱自己的事业，从不因为个人的私事耽误工作的时间，并积极运用有效的工作时间做好自己份内的工作。在教育教学工作中，我积极参加教研组的教研活动和学校组织的例会，积极参加工会活动，升旗仪式等。在我工作的这一学期中，没有缺席、迟到、早退，严格遵守了学校的各项 规章制度 。

四、存在的不足

一、强化课堂教学交际化运用

⑴课前会话。每堂课前安排几分钟左右时间进行会话：有值日生汇报、 自我介绍 、家庭情况、谈论天气以及熟悉的歌星、影星和运动员等。让学生自由用英语交谈，允许学生模仿课文内容适当增减，自由发挥。也可以根据课文内容，通过问答形式作简要的复述。由单一的讨论内容过渡到综合内容，把几个不同内容的话题串联起来，既复习旧知识，又开发了学生的求知欲。还特别注意，轮到中生会话时，鼓励他们大胆实践，有点滴进步就给予表扬肯定，以增强他们的自信心。

⑵注重语感教学。加强听说训练，努力做到视、听、说同步，培养学习兴趣。每篇课文的生词、句型和 文章 都是朗读的好材料。要注意创造情景，让学生懂得不同句子的重音有不同的语感，显示不同的语言心理。同样，语调的不同，重音的移动，也体现了说话者不同的心理状态。经过训练，学生在以后朗读中也就注意了正确使用语音、语调和重读、弱读及升调，朗读也会绘声绘色，津津有味了，课堂上学生们兴趣盎然，学习积极性也大大提高了。

⑶对话使用，角色表演。结合课文内容，每教一个情景句型，让学生用当天所学的,到讲台前来表演。如学到 Family Tree这课，我告诉学生都带一张"全家福"照片，根据自己的全家福来用英语介绍。有能力的学生在根据实际情况在黑板上画出图表。整个课堂就是欢乐的海洋，在热烈的气氛中学生们学会并运用所学单词和句型，提高了运用语言交际的能力。

三、温故知新，注重课下辅导

注意在课堂上经常复现旧知识，让学生反复练，由易而顺利地完成一个个学习目标。具体方法是：学习—复习—再复习。复习时做到系统性、针对性、综合性。用以前学过的词语练新句型或已学过的句式学习新单词。每堂课有它本身的教学难点，而每个学生也有不同的学习难点，所以，在自习课上，针对每个学生的薄弱环节进行课下辅导。音标是初中学生教学的基础知识，学生感到拼读困难，针对这一个问题，我将英语的音标知识动画片每一堂课前都放上几分钟，既有趣又反复的复习了音标，效果很好。

四、当堂巩固，注重反馈

教学时要处处考虑如何发挥学生的主体作用，要以学生的参与程度和教学评价的得失作为课堂教学成功与否的尺度，所以，在学生经过一段学习活动后，让学生自己进行归纳分析，然后教师以鼓励表扬为主，满腔热情帮助学生，及时处理反馈信息，当堂巩固，如果时间许可的话，还可学生对一些易出错的地方，如人称变化，谓语动词的形式变化、某些习惯表达的异同进行归纳分析，让学生学有所得。

五、注意培养自学能力

"授人以鱼，不如授人以渔"教是为了学生的"学"，是要让学生"会学"。因此，我重视对学生的课外学习的指导，帮助他们养成良好学习习惯和自学能力。

⑴早读课，每天两名学生领着同学们坚持听课文录音，加强听力训练，让学生模仿地地道的英美人语音、语调。

⑵指导学生订出学习英语长期和短期安排，每天坚持搞好 课前预习 ，我给每一位学生家长一封信，讲明我的想法和做法，发动家长帮助督促实施。
