4、提要(Guideline).即用简洁的英文概括提示课文或段落、或句子的要点.这一工作常常与上述几项结合起来进行,先在原文上作上线条、小圆圈之类的标记,再在旁边空白处写上要提示的文字.例如,现在使用的高中英语教材每一单元阅读课文的正文前面都有“预习提示”(包括课文的重点生词和要讨论的问题),课文的后面常要求学生作简要笔记Note Making ;这是教材编辑为方便学生预习而编写的内容.我要求学生在自学课文时,先从这些“预习提示”入手,以便把握预习的重点.然后再根据“提示”去预习正文.如高二(下)第十四单元Salite(卫星)是一篇科普文章,学生可以根据“预习提示”和Note Making把课文分为四个段落,我指导学生在各段落旁分别写上Broadcasting salite(广播卫星),Weather Salite(气象卫星),Communication Salite(通讯卫星),Space Salite(太空卫星).这样,“预习提示”所述的课文要点就概括、凸现出来了,课文的段落大意和中心思想也一清二楚了.

6、分析难点(Comprehension).学生阅读英语课文,不断会遇到一些难点,经过老师的讲解,或与同学一起讨论有些可能当场已经完全理解,有的还似懂非懂.不管怎样,边听边记下析难的文字,既有利于课后消化,也有利于复习回顾.
7、补缺(Replenishment).英语词汇表和一些参考书中对某些单词和词组的解释不够全面,有些只讲了名词的意思,而未说明作动词、形容词等的意义.老师应该让学生自己查词典或告诉他们别的用法,并让他们记录下来.比如学习了名词success(成功),应该让他们记下形容词successful、副词successfully和动词succeed.
8、纠错(Correct Mistakes).中学英语教材的编写,包括选文以及课文的注释和练习的编写等,是经过众多高水平的国内外专家和编辑反复斟酌和把关的,与一些课外阅读材料相比,质量当然高得多,但难免有个别的不妥之处.如原Senior English for China Book IA的练习中出现了spend…on doing sth,而所有的语法书和词典上都用spend…in dare Chinese .oing sth.又如:It is no good to do it.应改成It is no good doing it.我在讲课时,把这些情况告诉学生,并要求学生自己查有关工具书证实,并将这些错误改正过来.果然,教材再版时把这两个错误都纠正过来了.
总而言之,教学生作书头笔记,不仅要规定记,而且要具体规定怎么记,怎样记,尤其是刚开始时,连记在什么地方,英语单词的大小也应讲清楚.特别是较难的课文,要记的内容多,若记得不当,或单词太大,会成为一笔“糊涂帐”,最终连自己也看不懂.所以教师要作好,把自己作的书头笔记复印下去,让学生模仿.事后可抽查学生的课本,一旦发现问题,当面指导.当今的中学生课业负担很重,往往是被动学习,忙于应付,一些好的学习习惯要教师反复强调、不断督促才能养成.培养学生掌握科学的学习方法,养成良好的学习习惯,提高学习效率对他们来说是终身受益的.

二,学情分析

本书共12个单元,其中包括3个预备单元和9个正式单元。本书在之前教材的基础上有所变动,对Self-check部分删除,新增加了音标部分,另外对教材重新进行了整合。每个单元都列出明确的语言目标、主要的功能项目和语法结构、需要掌握的基本词汇,并分为A和B两部分。A部分是基本的语言内容,B部分是知识的扩展和综合的语言运用。
五、教学重点和难点
本书教学的重点和难点在于根据学生已有的知识结构和认知规律导入新的教学内容;运用每单元的知识点在课堂上组织学生进行结对和小组练习;组织学生在课堂上运用英语完成各类任务及对学生完成任务的情况作出评价等。

三、教材分析:
本册书主要介绍了日常生活的交际用语以及一些西方的文化背景和风俗习惯,教材通俗易懂,旨在使七年级学生基本能用英语进行简单的交流。本册书由两部分组成,即预备篇(3个单元)和正式篇(9个单元)。本书除提供语言材料外,还配有大量插图和原声录音磁带。
四、教学目标:
通过努力,力求每一位学生能开口讲英语,能用英语进行简单的会话。通过努力使大部分学生继续保持学英语的兴趣。能保持浓厚的学习英语兴趣和积极主动参与实践,以点带面,力争达学校教学质量的要求。

七年级一班共有学生45人,这届学生英语基础不是很好,学生从小学到初中,是一个极大的转折点,包括从心理上和身体上的。但本班学生还比较活跃,比较爱学习,面对新的.学校,新的班级,新的老师,所以对英语学习还是有着浓厚的兴趣,也带着希望和梦想,希望这是一个极好的开始。
二、本学期教育教学内容及教材分析:
新目标(新版) 七年级英语 (上册)有3个预备篇单元和9个正式篇单元,一共是12个单元。本次教材是改版后的第__届,现在教材知识体系比较集中,每个单元每节知识点都安排一定的基础练习,这样对巩固学生知识有着很大的帮助。

英语的教育教学方法很多,各有优、缺点,我们可以针对不同的情况采用不同的教学方法来加以弥补。针对我教的班级,本学期本人打算用下列方法对他们进行教育教学:
英语毕竟是一门语言,训练的是学生的听、说、读、写、译的综合能力,在教学的过程中需要对学生的听、说、读、写、译的能力进行很多的训练,这就要求我们用英语来教英语,在课堂上对学生进行各种能力的训练。
2.用英语想英语(Think English in English);
用英语想,也就是用英语思考。学英语而不用英语思考,一定学不好。用英语思考就是在用英语进行表达和理解时,没有本族语思考的介入,或者说本族语思考的介入被压缩到了极不明显的程度。这是真正流利、熟练的境界和标志。
3.背诵和多种练习结合
实事求是的说,大量背诵课文与大量多种练习的结合,乃是对于一切各不相同条件下的英语教学的普遍有效的方法。
4.针对不同的教学内容采用不同的教学方法;
英语的内容较多,包括语音、词汇、语法、交际等等内容,如果对每一项内容都采用同样的方法来进行教育教学,那么即使是再好的学生也不可能学好,再好的教师也不可能教好。因而,针对不同的内容采用不同的教学方法是不可违背的。
五、本学期提高教育教学质量的方法:
1.体现学生的主体地位,发挥教师的指导作用。充分发挥学生的主动性和积极性,激发学生的学习兴趣,帮助学生摸索适合自己的 学习方法 ,了解和掌握记忆规律,养成良好的学习习惯,培养学生自主学习的能力。
2.突出语言的实践性,注重培养学生综合运用英语的能力。
